  I had been waiting for my other gas company who i had for 3 years to come for a week in a half. When finally the lady said her driver refuses to come just to give you propane. So our neighbor told me to try this company, so they came right away. Gave me a meter which I didn't get with the old company. It was a little higher then quoted over the phone, but they replaced everything. Very professional.

  Very good experience with Bluhms. The installers did a great job. Another contractor installing our fireplace said the gas line plumbing that Bluhms did was some of the best work they'd seen from a gas co.

  We had scheduled an appointment for tank installation, gave clear instructions that we requested afternoon service and that Apple Maps takes you to our neighbors house and gave instructions to our house. Confirmed everything a few days before appointment(the girl that took our order was very kind). On day of, they apparently tried to find our property at 9am(mind you we requested a afternoon appointment and they didn’t call in advance to tell us they’d be early) and failed to find our house. Blamed us for giving them the wrong directions and said that they aren’t coming back. We DONT NOT recommend for their inability to follow directions and terrible customer service.

  We purchase our new home in Tunkhannock pa about 3 years ago. This was our first home with propane. Going from an all electric heating home to a propane heated home and hot water heater was a totally new, happy, experience for us. Not knowing anything about propane I reached out to Greg Smith from bluhms to help get me started. Within a day they brought us a new tank and set it up in no time. His technicians were great guys to work with and not only explained the procedures but also walked through checking for any leaks. Fast fwd a couple years and 2019 our hot water heater decided to quit on us. I was not at all familiar with on demand but was told by friends that was the route to go. I searched rinnai heaters and found a few local dealers. After talking to them and getting prices i found bluhms prices were much much more cheaper than anyone around. The old saying of you get what you pay for. Well I saved over $1000.00 having bluhms install our on demand and the hookup is now cleaner and more professional than any previous work done in our furnace room. The guys did the install on the day they said they were and came completely prepared for any obstacle. After, they went through the entire setup and basic maintenance to keep our system running at top notch. This was a very good purchase to not only update our old system but to also save money down the road. Bluhms sales, technicians, and delivery have been amazing the past couple years and am excited to keep doing business with these folks. Thanks again for all the help and options available!
