This was our first time staying at this property. We had booked it through choice hotels.com. We had an amazing deal. We had a two bedroom two bath condo. Everything was super clean. The staff was very friendly, the beds were super comfortable, the bathtub was amazing. The kitchen has the basic necessities, such as a coffee maker and coffee And some silverware plates, dishes, etc. but if you need specifics, I would bring it. Plenty of counter space full-size fridge. There are two doors to go to the balcony which was facing the lake, which was great. The lobby is very nice. There is a The lobby is very nice. There is a small coffee bar down there that opens at 8 AM. It does have an It does have a pool Jacuzzi, and a billiard room and a gym. There is also garage parking if you need to or just park in a spot.on a sidenote, Hilton owns this property. overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be staying here again. We were 100% happy.

My wife and I spent a few days here and absolutely loved every moment. The property offers luxurious amenities and truly first-class service. Our room was spotless, peaceful, and featured a beautiful view—perfect for a relaxing getaway. As Bluegreen/Hilton owners, we’ve visited many resorts, but The Club at Big Bear stands out as our absolute favorite. Its location is ideal—just a short walk to the lake and the charming shops in the village. A special shoutout to Nick at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a serene and upscale escape in Big Bear!

First time at this Resort, the place is very nice overall, but some details immediately diminished the first impression: 1. Check in is at 4 PM, but our room was not ready until 5. One hour wait... But coming check out time, reception was calling us at exactly 10 AM. 2. We were in a two bedroom unit. Poorly designed. The master bedroom closet was half the size of the secondary bedroom. The closet was inside the bathroom, which has no door so steam goes everywhere. We had to rearrange the furniture in the living room, so we could use the sofa bed. 3. The units have a garage that can only fit compact cars. No use for most of us with medium sized SUVs. Wasted space. 4. For the good part, it has a large play room with tables for billiards, ping pong, cards, chess, etc. The gym is nicely equipped, and the pool area is nice and clean. 5. For some peace and quiet, it has a nice, cozy section with a large fountain. Just sit and enjoy yourself. 6. Located at one edge of the village, it gives you easy walking access to many restaurants and shops. Bring your kitchen utensils if you're planning on cooking, the rooms a only very basic ones.

Small little resort in the mountains. Grounds were clean and well maintained. The separate hot tub was closed the whole time we were there. Pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The front desk people were hit or miss on being friendly and helpful. The rooms were in good condition but not as nice as I expected for a presidential. The area was nice and we always felt safe to walk around. The road in front has lots of shopping and food places to try. Lovely sunsets to take in every night! It was a fun visit, but probably just a one time experience for us.
