  Older property that is clean and well-kept except for a few issues. Walking path to beach was frequently flooded mucky mess.

  Always very well kept, both inside the units and the foliage outside. Jackie, the manager and Lynn in the office are gracious and always ready to help or answer questions. We have been coming here for 36 years and love coming here. The new patio is beautiful.
