Wifi broken, toilet broken, lights broken, phone broken, Vending machine broken, mini fridge broken. Smh I've heard for over 2 years thos place was getting remodeled. This is my 5th times staying here and my last time staying here. This place is not cheap by any means but yet the rooms are like a motel 6

Was too far away from anything. 5 miles away from any store, station, restaurant, They had 1 soda machine and 1 snack machine for the entire building and the snack machine only took bills no coins or cards.

Overall, this is a very nice resort with plenty of amenities. BUT IF YOU ARE GOING BECAUSE OF A BLUEGREEN VACATION "PREVIEW"...here's my beef. We knew going into this trip that we had to go to a timeshare "preview." We were fine with that. We've done one before with another company and it was no big deal. When we arrived at the resort about 9 p.m. (long multi-state drive to get there), we were assigned a noon preview two days later. I asked if we could change that time, since it was in the middle of the day when we had other things plans and was told to visit the Bluegreen (BG) desk the next day to see about rescheduling. So the next day, I visited the desk and they couldn't help me. I called the number on my preview paperwork and got a voicemail. I called multiple times and continued to get voicemail. Someone from BG texted me to ask about my stay, and they tried to be helpful, but every number and contact they gave me either ended up in voicemail or me talking to someone who just referred us to someone else. Finally, I got an answer that there was no other time for us to go and if we canceled, we'd owe "the full cost of the rooms" whatever number that was. We planned to get lunch at Flip Flops at 11 (when Google says they open) so we could arrive to our preview on time. But when I got to Flip Flops at 11, they didn't open until 11:30. Once they opened, they were helpful enough to package our meal to go. We went to the meeting. It was fine. We ended up getting our gift card for attending. So yes, technically we stayed at BG for free, which is definitely nice. But not giving an option for a preview time/date is super frustrating when you're only in town for 3 days and have other stuff booked to do. At least, they could let you know the time/date a week or two before the trip, so you could plan accordingly. Also, the presenter said he does these sales meetings 6x a day. So you'd think if that's true, surely they could slip in to extra chairs at one of those other meetings so our plans don't have to be derailed.

Very nice, large scale property. The rooms have been recently updated and done well. The golf course is extremely expensive. I would expect a much nicer course for the price point. The mini golf is a nice touch. However the flags were shredded from the wind and need to be replaced. And related than having the balls and clubs at the course like at Mountain Loft in Gatlinburg, you have to go to the clubhouse to check them out (not nearby, as the property is huge). The pools are excellently placed throughout and well maintained. The beach is small and private, which I enjoyed. It was very peaceful, and chairs/umbrellas were provided. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
