  Great location to various attractions and restaurants! The resort was so clean, but what made our vacation even better, was the staff! Very friendly!!! Thank you!!!

  Dear Hotel Manager, I recently stayed at your property a few weeks ago and realized after leaving that I had forgotten my Gucci slides in the room. I immediately called the front desk to report it. A female staff member answered the phone, and although she initially seemed reluctant to assist, I remained patient and explained the situation clearly. After checking, she informed me that the slides had been found and that housekeeping would contact me to arrange delivery. I waited several days with no follow-up. When I called again, I was told the housekeeping manager was out due to family matters, so I waited again. After additional time passed, I called once more and spoke to the same front desk representative. Her tone was again dismissive, and after placing me on hold briefly, she returned to tell me that someone else had claimed my Gucci slides, stating they matched their description. This is unacceptable. The slides were confirmed as found under my reservation, and I should not be deprived of my personal property. I am requesting that this matter be investigated immediately and that my slides be returned or compensated without further delay. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise on the next steps to resolve this issue. Thank you.

  Stayed there for a week on our honeymoon. Lovely hotel. Staff was phenomenal and very quick to respond, greeted us all the time. The room was beautiful My only complaint which is small since we didn’t spend much time in the hotel besides night time and morning. The tvs are so old, no smart apps, can’t air drop to the tv. I was ready to die after watching commercials and for how nice the facility was and the cost to stay there. That was weird and a bummer the tvs are so old, since new tvs are very cheap and it would have been nice to relax at night watching what I wanted instead of commercials and the tv guide didn’t work, but besides that, 10/10 recommend

  The rooms and location are the best part about it. You get dinged on parking at $40+ a day.

  This hotel was a fantastic day for a family trip! Spacious, clean rooms and very kid friendly and kind staff members! And of course, the location doesn’t get much better than this
