  A lot of marijuana smoking going on on balconies and pool deck. Saw two guys getting high by dumpster one afternoon. Sand everywhere in room. Need a real broom and dust pan. Wasn't impressed with stay. Not up to Bluegreen standards.

  Been coming here for 34 years. Love the quaintness of just 3 floors. Not as crowded that way the staff is wonderful. Always look forward to coming back and spending time on my favorite beach!
