  Super clean, very professional, friendly staff. My only complaint is it is way too hot in the storage area. I moved my unit bc even in the summer heat coming out of vent. Nit comfortable working in there. Ty

  Our first experience was so good in the Portmouth location a few years ago that we used the Rochester location for our next move. Can't say enough good things about the staff and the unit. They made things so easy. Highly recommended

  Just became a new customer of bluebird and I must say I the people there are great. I first called after seeing their deals online and when I spoke to Elizabeth she was absolutely wonderful. Great customer service; polite, friendly and informative. I also spoke with Sheryl she was very kind and definitely on it as far as informing me about the free pick up and setting me up for my move in. The two gentlemen that came today to pick up my stuff were on time on the dot and they were both respectful and helpful young men. Elizabeth did a great job with my welcome tour. The facility was nice and clean. It's nice to know I have a place to safe-keep my belongings... Thank you Bluebird
