  Excellent experience with all of the staff. Very helpful, kind and polite. The units are very clean as is the whole building. A special shout out to the Bluebird crew of guys who help with moving in and out of storage units. My inventory was exceptionally heavy and the guys had great attitudes and were accommodating to needs and requests. Only drawback to this storage facility is the lack of 24 hour access. Hoping with enough feedback they may make some changes to their access policies. I would highly recommend Bluebird Storage and believe their business model along with their culture and customer service deserves an A+. Thank you all!

  I just switched storage units from Prime Storage to Bluebird and honestly I never leave reviews but this was the most smooth and ~least stressful~ experience I’ve ever had. The two gentleman who moved me out of my old unit were SO quick and kind and professional, and were moving my stuff in my new unit at Bluebird within 45 minutes of arriving at the old unit. On top of that, the actual storage facility seems super nice and easy to operate, and the office manager was so kind and explained how everything worked to me! Literally couldn’t have been happier because I was so stressed thinking about having to move my stuff from one unit to another and everything was SO easy for me!

  It was quick to start a new unit, convenient to drive up, easy to unlock and lock. Loved having a restroom, coffee and candy. Loved the range of sizes offered so i could find the best fit for me ie mine is more wider than deeper. The place is spotless clean. The price point is very affordable but best of all the 365 day guarantee.
