  Vegans Read: I've come to Blue Sushi countless times and their food and service is always phenomenal. Last night I had one roll be delivered with fish on it. The staff immediately fixed this and took excellent care of me, however it did make me realize I need to check the rolls each time. The atmosphere, the service, and the food were phenomenal...but just check the roll before you eat it if you're vegan.

  My daughter has celiac disease so I called ahead of time to see if they could accommodate a gluten allergy, they said yes and I even saw they had a separate gluten free menu so seemed great. While it SEEMS that they take precautions, unfortunately my poor daughter definitely got glutened here and now we're dealing with all the classic gluten symptoms. We ordered GF and non GF items so maybe those got mixed up. The waiter even repeated back our order to tell us what he had flagged with an allergy. Also heard the table next to us with chicken, egg and soy allergies so maybe kitchen was swamped. No excuse for that though, we obviously won't be back and cannot recommend this place

  Tried this new sushi spot and the food was…meh. The fish seemed fresh, but this is one of those places that smothers their maki rolls in sauce the way IHOP smothers pancakes. Not really my jam. They do have a large vegan sushi menu, which is a fun twist if you’re into plant-based tuna (I wasn’t this time). We also ordered a tuna tower. Tasty enough, but they didn’t smash it up—no heart shape, no flair. I know, first-world problems, but it’s the little touches I love. On the plus side, the ambiance is great with both indoor and outdoor seating, and our waiter Wesley was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and the highlight of the experience.

  Came in for lunch at Blue Sushi and had such a great experience. My server, Genius, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Even during lunch, when service can sometimes feel rushed, they took the time to check in and made the whole meal really enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but Genius’ service really stood out. I’ll definitely be back!

  Genesis was amazing! She had such a genuine vibe and made us feel really taken care of the whole time. She checked in just enough, kept everything moving smoothly, and her energy made the meal even better. You can tell she actually cares about people enjoying themselves. I’d definitely come back just to sit in her section again.
