  Blue Star came out to my house to replace hot water heater. I called them before 8 am and they were able to complete the job that afternoon. I am very pleased with their prompt response. Price was reasonable in my opinion.

  Josh got here in a timely manner, he was very friendly and listened to the problem I had. I am so thankful he was able to find and clear the stoppage in the pipes. Thank you Josh!!!

  I had Blue Star to come out once and they did an amazing job, I paid for the subscription of 300 plus dollars can’t remember how much but it was for any call to unclog toilets, drains whatever. Well I called and they told me that there is a three day wait and I understand that I’m venting right now but to have to wait three days when I’ve already paid for the service is unacceptable to me. I do understand that I’m no more important then the next family yet I can’t understand after I’ve paid that there is no rush to serve those that have the subscription. I do understand that this is my anger speaking and I’m just trying to use my words.

  Daniel was on time and took care of our dispos-all problem quickly, charging us only for the cost of the visit. He also fixed two toilets for less than expected. Friendly and courteous, he took pics of everything he did and showed them to me.
