So, it was easy to work with Jeff on a quote for new heating, cooling and a new water heater. They're so responsive, they sent me emails over nights and weekends, when it was easier for me to coordinate. Jeremy was our technician for installation, and was great. He and others on the Blue Spruce team showed up on time, carefully protected my new carpets, and kept us informed on progress throughout the process. We ran into an issue when the fan wouldn't turn off. It happened after hours, but the Blue Spruce team called us back fast and helped us make an adjustment to quickly resolve the issue. And they inspected it further to adjust all of the settings. We love our new unit -- it's much quieter. Also, the pricing they quoted us was half of what some firms estimated for us. Overall, very knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable. Highly recommended.
