    Since getting the new Mandatory boxes our experience has been nothing less than good. For what we are paying the quality should have improved. It's gotten worse!!!! What are you planning to do about it? You're the only game in town and that's not fair. No wonder folks are dropping and going to streaming. We should bill you for time lost on our shows . In fact we are going to keep track of the time lost and want a refund. Figure this out because right now you suck!!

    Service hours are terrible - 3 days a week! What are people who work supposed to do? Not to mention, now they send you the equipment - you install it, you set it up and they just charge you more! Cost is insane - if you’re a new customer you get a great deal, if you’ve been a very long time customer (because you have very limited options), you just keep paying more for less.

    I was having issues with my Wi-Fi extender. I went to trade it in for the newer model. Customer service was great. They got me a chair and I sat and explained all my different choices and any upgrades that I may need.

    We need a different cable company for our area. Service is non-existent. Frequent connectivity issues and it cost me my job. This is for all of the remote workers out there.
