    If you like intermittent outages, frozen screens, and pixelating videos Blue Ridge is your choice. Honestly the worst cable/Internet provider I've used to date. Save your money and search for another option.

    If you like intermittent outages, frozen screens, and pixelating videos Blue Ridge is your choice. I honestly didn't think there was a company as bad as Comcast, but Blue Ridge is sure trying.

    Cable service is very spotty. I recently cancelled my cable. Was paying $309 a month for basic cable and internet. Internet service is fine. No more cable for me at that price.

    I was having problems with my internet constantly kicking me offline while streaming tv shows or movies. I called to complain about it and was told your modem is outdated. They couldn't call, text, send an email or a notice in the mail saying it was time to upgrade my modem? NOPE!! That's apparently too much work for them! It's sad that i was paying for my internet and it was paid on time every month but they still couldn't tell me I needed a new modem. That's what you call poor customer care!! They couldn't have a technician bring a modem to me. I had to go there and get a new box or I was going to get billed to habe a technician come to my home to switch the boxes. RIDICULOUSLY LOUSY SERVICE BY BLUE RIDGE!!! I'm sometimes up late at night watching something online when suddenly my internet gets cut off. I reset my router and modem and I still get no service. I call the next morning and am told we were doing maintainanence on our end. I signed up to be notified about this but I get nothing. AGAIN - poor customer care!!!

    Lately service sucks, internet in and out, wireless tv constantly freezing, called 2 x’s told to reset router and wireless box when I complained again I was told to bring in my boxes and get new ones , I have to drive 18 miles each way because they buy crap and charge top dollar, l know of 8 customers in my community that have the exact same problem, brc get it together or maybe my community should start looking for another provider, we have approximately 3500 homes in the community how would you like to lose them?
