  The people here are awesome. I went in to add cable temporarily because a family member was living with us for 3 weeks. Not only did they give me several options they also were able to lower my Internet cost per month. They knew cable was only going to be temporary. This is a good company and the customer service is excellent.

  I have never had any problems with any of the employees at Blue Ridge personally... they have always been pretty pleasant and helpful over the phone as well as in person the couple times someone had to come out and change my telephone modem (I think that's what they're called) because of damage from lightning! I use Blue Ridge for my phone and internet...They are just way too expensive for cable tv! I use Dish Network and have for the past two and a half years now! You get so much more for your money with Dish Network! You do have to sign an initial 2 year contract, but you can take Dish anywhere you move! Right now I have 3 tv's with a guide and DVR on each tv! I don't watch local channels and no premium channels, but I have all the channels I watch on a regular basis... like Lifetime, I.D., Hallmark and quite a few more and I pay less than $50 a month! With Blue Ridge Cable, I was paying $180.00 for 3tv's with nothing!
