    It's the local cable monster. Overall decent service but have definitely gotten used to being a monopoly.

    Service is beyond trash. If this company didn't have a monopoly in this area, I would sign up for literally anything else. The prices are outrageous, and the selection is extremely limited. 90 plus dollars just to get less than 20 so called basic channels.

    I have been with blue ridge for 11 years. We had no choice at the time we had full service with cable x internet. We had to cancel cable because they keep raising prices. We could only afford internet for the last few years . Now we can’t afford internet due to the price. The service has always been crap. All this company cares about is money . My advice is find another company.

    If this company didn’t have such a monopoly over our area, I would’ve switched years ago. Their service isn’t that great and it’s way overpriced for what we get. The customer service is even worse. No one communicates with each other and it is up to the customer to put all the pieces together for them. It took us over a week to solve a simple issue and we got the complete runaround until we actually showed up to the store.

    Other than having some different & more channels in this package than directv had, it overall sucks!, if you don’t pay extra to record shows, & the cheapest is $5 per month for only 25 hours of storage!, then you’d have to scroll to when they aired to watch them, that’s if that channel allows that feature!, it keeps buffering & shutting off, while you’re watching tv & sometimes when you’re recording, so you’re missing shows either way, & unless we don’t know this feature, you can’t look at the guide, while you’re watching Pluto, it’ll kick you off to regular tv
