Made sure to even check out and install not only the HVAC but also made sure ancillary items were up to their standards. Cleaned up after themselves and 7 hours later I’m all done. Also kudos to Matt, the sales person. Was informative but not pushy. Not joyous about having to do this financially -but feel better that it’s done

Pricing for the job was lower than others I had out even though the units were superior. Highly recommended using Blue Frost should you need a new Furnace or AC unit.
- MPMike PhilibenOct 3, 20255.0This past August our Mitsubishi mini split room air conditioner stopped working for the first time in 18 years. Jonathan S. figured out and fixed the problem after some investigation. He was also able to reconnect the leaking drain line( 9 feet off the ground) so we didn't have to replace the entire line. Jonathan S.also repaired our furnace in Jan. 2024 . This was not an easy diagnosis as it was very difficult to reproduce the fault with a technician present. He did eventually figure out the problem and do the repair. He is very patient, thoughtful and accurate in diagnosing a problem. We have received great service from Blue Frost, Jonathan and others who have done yearly tune-ups.
