  I do not normally leave bad reviews, however. The order was taken 7/25 for 7/26. It was not delivered on 7/26. I called them to inquire at 4 pm the day of delivery. I was told that they can still deliver, but the bouquet of their choice. When I asked to cancel my order, I was told the cancelation has to be approved by someone other than customer service. As a result, I have no bouquet and am uncertain about the refund.
