  Very friendly and helpful! They were not afraid to give advice on which blinds may look better in your home compared to another blind.

  I purchased 2 sets of blinds for my French doors from Blinds Direct 9 years ago. One of the blinds pulley mechanism malfunctioned and needed a replacement part. I took the broken blind to their office to see if they could help me order a replacement part. They had the part in their office and fixed the blind while I was there. Top notch service.

  I called Blind Direct to take care of some sun shades for my small business. They were able to send someone out within the week. I was given a two hour window, but the tech called that day and said he could come EARLY! The tech was friendly, professional, and quick. Within a matter or minutes he had taken measurements and showed me my options. I chose the shade color I like and he had an estimate within a minute or two. I paid half that day and he said they shades would be ready within a week and a half. Just shy of a week, someone called to say the blinds were in. I scheduled the appointment for two days later and the installation person was here at the right time. The blinds look great. As a local business owner, I'd do business with this company again any day!
