Dustin Bracken, the plumbing service professional, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process for determining our plumbing leak and the repairs needed. He provided detailed options for repair with cost estimates. He was a joy to work with. We live in Garner and Dustin had to travel from Fayetteville because the Garner service techs were all in a training class. We plan to request Dustin if we have any other plumbing needs. I give Dustin five stars, I give Blanton’s only four stars. On the second day of repairs, Dustin was scheduled to arrive at 8:30 am. At 8:19 am, I received a call from the dispatcher that Dustin was experiencing ‘truck issues’ and would arrive shortly. Dustin arrived at 11:00 am. He was mortified that I was not given a more accurate estimate of his arrival and apologized for the delay. He stated that he was told that he and several others would have to conduct a truck inventory that morning. Dustin explained that he was completing a job with a customer who was expecting him at 8:30 am and was told that the truck inventory was ‘non-negotiable’. Dustin said he asked the dispatcher to call me and explain and was told everything was fine with me. If Blanton’s truly is customer focused, a truck inventory IS negotiable if a customer appointment has been arranged if your customer is actually customer focused. I was not able to do anything else that required leaving the house or using water since I had no idea when Dustin would arrive and did not want to be in the middle of something when he needed to shut off the water. This was my first experience with Blanton’s and because of Dustin it was overall a very positive one but I really hope that someone will take a look at mandates such as truck inventories and clarify if the customer is really number one.
Again, five stars or more for Dustin and four or less for Blanton’s for lack of prioritization of the customer and clear communication.

Blanton Air Technicians were courteous and on time. They came in and immediately assessed the problem. They made sure that I was aware of all of the work that was required before completing the necessary repairs. I really appreciated the information that was shared about my heating unit. I would recommend Blanton Air to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.

James McMakin did an outstanding job replacing our hot water heater. Explained all options, was prompt and excellent communicated during the process. Finished work was top shelf in appearance and quality. Great install. Went over the system when work was completed.
He also replaced our garbage disposal while he was here. Great job with that as well.
I would highly recommend James for your plumbing needs.

If I could give Blanton’s 10 stars, I would! Literally every person they have ever sent, for any of our needs, has been great! Recently we had work done by their plumber, Jordan, and we’re SO happy with it! By just a touch of bad luck we also needed more plumbing work done a short while later and had Chad out for the work. He was phenomenal as well! We’re so happy, not that we have air, plumbing, & electrical needs (such is life!), but that we have such a reliable top quality company with a great team to work with.

This was our first experience with Blanton, and we will definitely use again! Sven Headon came out on short notice with little information to investigate a leak . He did a thorough inspection of all spaces and was able to advise on next steps without cutting into our ceiling or walls. He was prepared to address what we wanted to tackle today, and did so efficiently. I especially appreciated that he provided thorough explanations of every issue, identified priorities, did not push any unnecessary items.
