    This company was great when mitigating our wet floor. After that it was a poor experience. The estimator made mistake after mistake. Man responsible for supervising the project to replace the flooring was difficult to work with and I had to contact the main office to get the clean up, which was part of the estimated cost, competed. I would never use this company again.

    In my experience they were helpful in working with insurance and did not badger me about payment since I had to wait for the insurance. They painted over the paint that a previous repair company did not properly paint match. No extra fuss and I did not ask. Overall, I would use them again.

    My experience hopefully wasn't typical, but it was very difficult to get anything done as they couldn't seem to understand that the house sat for a week after the incident before we could be back to have someone do something. We understand that there are limitations but these were not communicated very well and we had to go asking rather than our contact coming to us and discuss things with us. We also felt that they tried to limit the area where the damage occurred rather than take the extra step to engage further. They were hired out by the insurance company and you can tell that they were more worried about what the insurance company would pay rather than taking care of the customer. That was just our experience, hopefully others had better than what we had.
