  We had a wonderful experience using Black Luxe for transportation to and from our wedding after party this past weekend. Our driver Michael, was more than just a fantastic and very safe chauffer. He was friendly, funny, helpful and overall phenomenal. He helped us find another place to celebrate in downtown Lenox when our first spot was not working out, and he made sure everybody was safe and had a great time. We couldn't be happier with Michael and with Black Luxe. If you want classy, fun, and dutiful service, you have found the right spot!

  Love Black Luxe. Between the initial conversations, to renting a boat this summer, to the chauffeur drive to Logan…..will use again.

  Our party of four had Michael as our driver both to and later from the Hartford airport this week from Central Massachusetts. . The vehicle was clean and Mike brought a variety of beverages and snacks. Most importantly, he was prompt and very pleasant and considerate of any need we may have. We enjoyed his service and doing business with Black Luxe Limousine Service and will certainly do business with them and request “5-star Mike”again !

  Booked a ride with Black Luxe Limousine Service and it was top-notch from start to finish. The driver showed up early, car was spotless, and the ride was smooth as can be. They opened doors, handled the bags, and made the whole trip feel first class. Price was fair for the quality service, and communication was easy the whole way.
