Terrible and Disappointing Experience.
I was quoted one rate, but after signing up, my premium suddenly increased. First, they blamed a license suspension (which never happened), then an “ongoing claim,” even though the claim was fully resolved. I repeatedly asked for the MVR report they used, the reference number, and the reporting agency’s details — but they never provided anything, showing a serious lack of transparency. Completely unprofessional. I tried to resolve this through weeks of communication, but in the end, I had to change my agent. Avoid at all costs.
