  Avoid if possible. My family doctor is excellent, but the front desk staff is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I went in for a blood test and gave them my health card. No instructions were provided—just handed me a bottle without explanation. I had no idea what they expected, but it turned out to be for a urine test. Fine, I did it and handed it back. Then they said, “Room 1.” I went to ask what I should do there—they said, “Put it in the tray.” I asked which tray, and only then did I get a clear answer. After that, I had to line up again to ask what to do next, only to be told I should wait in Room 1. All of this confusion could have been avoided with just one or two simple instructions at the start. Instead, I was accused of being “impolite” simply for asking questions. It’s ridiculous. I really like my family doctor, but because of the front desk I finally had to leave and go to another LifeLabs just to get my blood test done. And all this nonsense ended up wasting half of my day off

  Dr Cheng and clinical manager are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped me complete the medical forms.

  Don’t talk to the lady at their front desk, they have zero knowledge about customer service and so proud of being rude. If you are too old and grumpy to work just retire and go do something fun.
