  i spoke with Brandon from Chicago to get the parts I needed, he was easily reachable and helpful. Picked up the parts in Milwaukee and the two gentlemen who helped load them up are the main reason for the 5 stars. I don't quite remember their names but the older gentleman, his name started with a D, was super nice the entire time and ensured the quarter panel was secure enough to drive all the way home. I really appreciated their help.

  Called on the phone to see if they had the parts I needed. They didn’t have what I needed but some wonderful customer service and kind hearted people you have working there. Keep up the great work guys.

  I’ve been getting parts from this company for some time now and never had issues till I dealt with Simon. I’ve never heard or seen anyone more disrespectful than him. I asked for pricing on an engine block and because I decided to not purchase and instead get an estimate, he tells me not to waste his time because he has more important customers. Very unprofessional and a bad look for such a well respected establishment.
