  Online ordering is truly beyond trash. I actually attempted to speak to customer service for Instacart and Binnys and received absolutely zero assistance beyond additionally phone numbers and automated holding patterns. This is another example of a solid business turning into a corporate cash grab. This isn’t me hating on the CL location yet that is what the instacast driver called me and said they were told to pick up from… so I believe they are most definitely an agent and partly responsible. Another reason why I’ve taken my business to Garfield’s; which may be more expensive but at least provides legitimate customer service. Truly unfortunate and I won’t be back again.
