  Shout out to Brian at Binny’s Beverage Depot – Bucktown! He went above and beyond to help me find a specific bottle of wine for a wedding gift and took the time to answer all of my questions along the way. I'm no wine expert, but Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, making the whole experience enjoyable. I left with a perfect gift and even learned a thing or two about the wine I picked out. Overall, the store is very clean, well stocked, and the cashiers were friendly!

  This was my local Binny’s. The customer service i experienced today was awful, I won’t disclose any names but the 2 white women cashiers were rude and made me feel humiliated throughout my check out process. Hopefully this gets corrected because their customer service sucked. I’ve never had any issues in the past until today, disappointing.

  Very large selection and generally reasonably priced. The location is a bit bad overall as it is on the corner of two stroads. They've added bike racks out front which is very good (the racks on the side are terribly located. Staff ills friendly and helpful. The inside is a bit sterile with a warehouse feel and could use some upgrades.

  Plenty of brand names & some rare at reasonable price but hate to see the other tax being added after sales tax which is substantial amount
