Why are most of the staff so rude 🙁 I came to pick up max. 5 empty alch boxes. The guy at the front was so chill and friendly, and he directed me where to pick up the boxes. As I was picking them up, two cashiers harshly questioned me. When I explained my situation, they didn't respond and gave me a nasty side-eye. As I picked up my 2nd box, another lady walked up to me and questioned me. I explained my situation to her and she told me im not supposed to be here. After I told her the man gave me permission, she wouldn't let me get the amount I needed. She wasnt open to compromise and was extremely mean. I left very unsatisfied. Doesn't it feel so selfish when a store that consistently sells alcohol and has an overstock of boxes (that will ultimately end up in the landfill) wont let you take more than 2?

Worse Bonny’s location ever all due to general manager Chris. After asking for a bottle of tequila he told me that they don’t have any and will not hold for anyone unless he knows you. Have no idea how Chris got this job with this attitude and customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Binny’s. When I attempted to purchase alcohol, I was asked to show my ID — which is perfectly understandable. However, my plastic state ID had expired, and I currently only have the official paper extension issued by the government. The paper ID is valid and legal, and it serves as a government-issued document during the renewal process. Unfortunately, the cashier refused to accept it and didn’t offer any alternatives or show any willingness to understand the situation. I tried to explain that I am waiting for the new physical card from the state and that this is the system — I didn’t invent it. Still, I was treated dismissively, as if I wasn’t even worth listening to. It felt like they simply didn’t care. As an immigrant, this experience was especially upsetting. I wasn’t expecting special treatment, just a bit of basic understanding and respect. By the way, I’ve used the exact same document at other locations without any problems.
