    Drove over two hours to look at a used f250 that I was told had “no problems” by the salesman Vernon, who was the only salesman I talked too. I went on I get there and find a baseball sized rusted dent in the front bumper, a dent with big scratches in it on the tailgate, the passenger side tail light is busted, and the right side of the rear bumper had been hit and pushed into the quarter panel, enough to fold it. At this point I didn’t even make it to opening the hood or even considering test driving it The salesman said this damage was not really any problem. I didn’t even want to test drive it at this point, I told him I was good and he just said okay, and went inside. What really bothers me is how I expressed to the salesman that I’ve been to 2 other dealerships whose trucks had obvious issues that I had asked about. He could have just been honest and not had me waist my time.

    Since Ive purchased my Shelby F150 Ive had the chance to visit multiple Ford dealerships for service and I can tell you without a single doubt that Billy Howell Ford is hands down the leader in customer service and professionalism. They are always warm and welcoming which is first impression. No matter how early in the day it is or what day of the week is, they smile and are polite and make you feel welcome. Thats old school customer service and contributes to me feeling proud to be a part of the Ford family. Their work great and done efficiently and effectively. I will schedule all of my service on my Ford at Billy Howell for the entire duration of the life of my truck!

    Had an oil change and some warranty work done here on my new 2025 F150 back in June. The warranty work did not get resolved and actually got worse. I notified them via text; left the service manager (2) voicemails; and recently had a service employee respond back to me letting me know she will pass my message to the service manager. It’s so easy to schedule service with them, but they will dodge your calls if there is an issue. I will reach out to Ford to find out how to get my warranty work resolved.

    We had one of the best experiences buying my husband’s truck yesterday! From the moment we pulled into the lot, Cody Melton was already at the door, ready to help. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and completely stress-free. It honestly felt like we were working with a friend who had our best interest at heart. We’re so happy with the truck and the whole experience. We’ll definitely be back for any future vehicle purchases—and we’ll be asking for Cody every time!
