  Billings Roofing did a great job on our roof replacement. We are very pleased. Insurance came through for us which made our out of pocket expense reasonable.

  Billings replaced our roof efficiently in 1 day. They communicated well and coordinated the roof replacement. They cleaned up the yard and work area. Mark Walters was responsive and answered all our questions satisfactorily.

  FINAL UPDATE: I wasn't going to put 5 stars but Billings went above expectations to fix what was wrong. A very professional group of painters came and removed all evidence of leaks. They covered everything so paint was only were it belonged. They reimbursed us for the inconvenience and additional expense. I appreciated that they wanted to make it right. UPDATE: The rafter was fixed, and we were shown pictures. The owner, Chris, came and talked to us. They are going to send out an electrician to check the area where it leaked through a light and someone to paint where the leaks are visible inside the house. I just want the inside of my home to be back to how it was before the roof was replaced. I will update again when it's done. We had a leak that we had calked, but knew our roof needed replaced. We were quoted a $17000 price for a one story house under 1600 square feet. Crew was often 2 or 3 people. Time of arrival was later than mentioned. Rain was coming and they didn't have it covered. We ended up with more leaks throughout the house. One was even through a light. We saw the roof when "finished" sagged in atleast one spot. They said we had a broken rafter, and wanted more money to take off that portion and fix it. We refused, they did come to fix it, but they didn't show us any picture of how it was fixed. Worker just left when they were done. Concerning leaks we were told since one was previous, even though they made it worse, that we would be paying part, $350 more. This was not a one day off one day on. It was 6 + days. No refund or discount for all the hassle, stress, and mistakes. Wondering if I need an electrician to check the light fixture leak spot and a roof inspection to check the work.

  Mark, Paul, Dennis and the whole Billings team are great to work with! We even received aerial drone photos which I thought were as really cool. They made the process go smoothly and they finished the roof in a single day! Excellent craftsmanship and they back it with quality. We highly recommend Billings Roofing for roof repairs and replacements!
