  Very impressed with the service, 5 star quality for sure, from our initial consultation to the team of guys that did the install and David coming back to inspect work and get all the setup exactly how we like it. I would recommend using Bill's if you care about quality, attention to detail, a fair price and overall great experience! 👍

  HVAC and water heater replaced by a team including an electrician. Hats off to Drew, Derek, Zack for being personable and efficient. Stew provided the estimate a day earlier and walked me thru the equipment on his tablet. Professional operation from start to finish. Highly recommend.

  I had a good experience with Bill's Heating and AC in Meridian, Idaho, for my HVAC installation. The process was seamless, thanks largely to the outstanding installation team, Drew and Derek. Prior to arrival, the company sent a text with their photos and details, ensuring I knew exactly who to expect. They dedicated eight hours to replacing my old equipment with a new unit, demonstrating all the qualities one desires in contractors: punctual, respectful, personable, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Patient with my questions, they explained the process thoroughly and never seemed inconvenienced. Their strong communication, positive demeanor, and evident enjoyment of their work made a potentially stressful project effortless. I am thoroughly pleased with the results and highly recommend Bill's—especially if Drew and Derek are on the job. 5 stars!

  I needed some help in getting my AC service and Bills Heating/AC sent their Tech, Robert out to my home. Not only did Robert show up on time, he was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He had my AC up and running again in about an hour. Will definitely be calling Bill's Heating and A/C again if I need anything. Thank you guys so much.
