- VLValerie LayneJan 13, 20195.0I Built.a very small home to retire in and the choice to hire Bills was the best experience of the whole build! My cabinets are well made and sturdy. But most of all they are gorgeous and the showstopper of my small.home. Dave was great at listening to my design needs and the office staff and installer were equally wonderful and professional. Thanks is not a big enough word for my gratitude!
- JSJIM SMITHJul 3, 20161.0BILLS CABINETS When we purchased this house it had cabinets by Bills thru out. Later when we wanted to modify our cabinet in the bathroom, Bills added 3 center drawers 11” deep X 25 “ wide X 18” long. So when we had a water leak in the bathroom and had to replace the cabinets we called Bills. They came and removed the old one and said they could make a better, more efficient cabinet that we would love. We agreed that would be fine knowing that he knew exactly what we had. When went out to pick out handles & etc to sign the order we assumed it would better with out seeing a actual drawing of what he was doing and signed. THIS WAS OUR BAD. NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING. When they delivered cabinet it was obvious that it was not more efficient from our point of view and we DID NOT LOVE! it. I'm sure it was a lot easier,cheaper to construct. When we discussed this with Bills 'they told us we signed the order which was true. If we didn't pay they would take us to small claims court! They reduced the cost some but we are stuck with it. We will not install it in our house. We will donate it to a charity home construction outfit and buy one we like. This time trusting no one.!!Lesson learned THIS IS NOT THE OLD BILL'S make sure everything is well documented. We made a mistake and we are paying We had 4 (2) on each end drawers 8”deep x 6” wide x 18 “ long 3 center drawers 11” deep x 25” wide X 18 “ long 2 about 6 inch wide space on each side in front of the pipes for storage 2 (1) on each side tooth brush & etc fold out Our new and more efficient cabinet (which we do not love) has (1) on each side tooth brush & etc foldout 2 18” x 18: slide out trays (where you can stack boxes on stuff I guess) 4 3.5 deep 18” wide x 18” long drawers
