I called Bill's Canvas and the lady who always answers the phone say they cannot help me. I took them to another company to have them all restitched and the company said the stitching was done with the same thread you would use to hem pants. Very cheap and would never hold up with the outdoors. They may have a cheaper price, but the quality is also very cheap and you will also be disappointed.
