  Bills does have really good customer service. They fixed my tire within minutes. I really like the bikes they have especially the Colnago.

  Bill‘s bike shop has really good customer service. Like old days lol. I had a problem with my bike that I bought somewhere else and I could not ride it. The handlebars and the seat were too high. I brought it into Bill’s bike shop. They were kind, considerate, and willing to help me fix the bike so I could ride it Their prices are really good. They also helped me load the bike into my car

  I paid $1,100 for a bike rack. I was asked to pay in full because he was ordering it and I was told it included assembly. I later received a phone call from One of his employees saying, I still owed $500 on it that he missed quoted me on the price. I was then told I could get my money back or pay the extra $500. I later talked to the owner and he made the same statement to me about money return even though I had a receipt saying it was paid in full. We talked about the price he knocked About 200 off dollars off the Price. When the bike rack came in, I paid him the extra $300 and then After was put together. He said I still owe him another $75 for the assembly. That was the last time I will step foot in Bill‘s bikes in Camarillo.

  I called Saturday morning to ask if they had time to take a look at a bent rim. They said yea bring it in. A few hours later it was done. The rim was perfectly straight. They even adjusted my brakes. The bike is riding much better now and they accommodated a same day turn around. Not to mention I’ve been coming here to buy bikes and get service for 20 plus years. Best bike shop around!

  Excellent service. Friendly employees. Extremely knowledgeable. Stands by what they sell. Fair prices. Free advice. Great location with plenty of parking in the rear. Mark is the owner and very nice. I still get lifetime adjustment free on the Townie I bought there.
