  Ammar & his partner were quick, knowledgeable and very polite. They fixed my leak and replaced the ice maker on my bottom drawer freezer. Only suggestion would be for them to bring towels or ways to clean up water and dust. Overall great job!

  Larry knows just about everything that you need to know when making a decision on what kitchen appliances to recommend and which ones to avoid. They always offer affordable prices that rival or even beat the big box stores. They even install based on your schedule and are very flexible. I highly recommend giving them a visit when looking for new appliances!!

  Thank you Bill and Rod’s for making an easy transition from old kitchen appliances to new! Judy, in sales, was quite knowledgeable and easy to work with. She kept in mind our budget and needs as she presented each appliance. She arranged the installation dates and followed up with us afterwards. The installers Austin and David are exceptional at their jobs. They were extremely careful with delivering the new units and removing the old ones. They were perfectionist with installation! Before leaving they explained the operation of each appliance and made sure each one was in great working order. Thanks again to Bill and Rod’s and your team of professionals!

  Larry went out of his way to make the purchase of my new Speed Queens seamless! Washers and dryers are not generally well made anymore when you are shopping at the big box stores. Bill and Rod's not only sells the same things that the big box stores do, but they also have the "good stuff" that you don't find elsewhere. They are not pushy either! I went in with the intention of purchasing both a Speed Queen washer and dryer. However, I was not sure of which models would be best. Larry took the time to explain what the differences between the different models were and he did it in a way that I understood (he didn't speak "jargon" to me). I have had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Joe, on a few different occasions and he is very knowledgeable and a genuine down to earth business owner who takes pride in what he and his employees strive for. You will not go wrong with choosing Bill and Rod's weather it is sales, service, or parts...... Thank you Larry, Joe, and the Bill and Rod's team! You have a customer for life! Edit to my review Sal and Austin just delivered and installed my new Speed Queens! They were prompt and professional and extremely efficient with the entire delivery and installation process! I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of my purchase and will recommend Bill and Rod's every chance I get!
