  My Sales person was Jason Spaulding and he was amazing. I am handicap and am not able to get to the store, so with the help of Jason I was able to by a new stove and refrigerator. Everything was done through phone calls and emails. I can't Thank Bill and Rod's Appliance and Jason enough for making this a smooth purchase. Jason you are a wonderful person for helping an old lady get through this! 👏👏

  I have used Bill & Rods appliance repair over 2 decades. Ammar, the Service Manager, was just at our house to thoroughly take his time to repair our LG side by side refrigerator ice dispenser. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable & a great guy to work with!!

  Great experience at Bill and Rods! Previously bought from big box stores and have had either neutral or poor experiences so we figured we would give this place a try. Best and easiest experience buying an appliance. They were extremely helpful (but not pushy helpful), knowledgeable, and we were able to select a washing machine quickly and pleasantly. Delivery and install was also great. The delivery guys were lovely, worked quickly and showed me everything once it was set up. Really great experience, from purchase to install. Will be going back for all our appliance needs!!

  Just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was dealing with Bill and Rods. The sales team was excellent and helpful but not pushy. Just finished working with the delivery team of Josh and Brendan. Incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of the house. I can't recommend Bill and Rod's highly enough if you're in the market for appliances.

  Judy is the best!! My dryer died and I knew I wanted the Speed Queen. I called to make sure they had one in stock and arrived an hour later to pick it up! Judy had the dryer ready to go and didn’t complain when I changed my mind last minute to get the one that matches my washer. She helped me load it and I was on my way. Thanks again, Judy. Great customer service!
