I have home and auto and have been with them forever (couldn't even tell you how long at this point). I've had many pleasant experiences with Regina and recently I worked with Eric who is also extremely helpful and professional. Took almost no time at all to switch my insurance to a new car at a very fair price. No matter who you work with, you'll be taken care of and treated very well. 100% I recommend Bill Nelson's team. Best decision I made was, years ago, switching my home insurance from another insurer to State Farm. Long story but this crew will actually take care of you (unlike some other insurers out there).
