Troy was amazing — he put air in my tires, checked my brakes, gave me new caps, and made sure the bike was safe to ride. He even helped me load it back into my car. They didn’t charge me a thing! So thankful for their kindness and great service. It’s nice to know good customer service still exists!

- CSChristine SulloSep 21, 20251.0Horrible service - charged me $100 to fix a flat and very next day it was flat again. Took it back and they charged me another $50 to fix and they argued and didn’t fix it AGAIN. Rude manager and staff- WILL NEVER USE THEM!
