  I brought my Ebike in to have them install a new hub motor that I got directly from the manufacturer. After the installation I got the bike back and the rear wheel was dragging. so I took it in a second time, I brought in brand new brake rotors for them to install (which they said were warped and they bent them back into shape) they tried to send me on my way and said it was all fixed. I immediately tested the bike in front of them and the bike still had the same exact issue. The owner said “All cheap e-bikes do that” and I should just ride it the way it is. I gave up and decided to fix it myself, I took the rear caliper off to test it, only to realize it was the rear motor they installed that was broken and stopping the rear wheel (not the brakes). They didn’t even put in the effort to test it after installation. It goes without saying that I won’t be back😂 it’s disappointing because I used to shop here when I was younger…

  Im new to biking and was a little intimidated going to a bike store, but these guys were genuinely some of the nicest people I met. They taught me a bunch with little time and a lot of questions I had. They were able to straighten out my wheel and had me back on my bike same day these guys rule and i'd recommend them to anyone. They been open since the 80s too which is awesome to see
