  Super friendly staff, easy to access and do business with and great value. My wife and I visited Saskatoon last month and we rented ebikes to explore the city on a nice fall day. The team fromDr Bike made the experience easy, fun and enjoyable. Well done.

  I should have bought my gravel bike at outtabounds. Jeff (owner of outtabounds)respects you and will work hard for you even after you purchase your bike. The only reason I bought from bike doctor is because they had the bike my wife and I wanted in stock. My wife's bike was making a noise a week after purchase so we took it in and they made it seem like it was her fault. Her fault for riding it? I don't understand the attitude you get after purchasing expensive bikes from them. Damn should have just ordered from Jeff and waited for the bikes to come in. Learned our lesson.

  I want to update my review on Bike Doctor. After posting my concerns, I was contacted numerous times by both the manager and the owner. They apologized sincerely for the way I was treated and assured me that this is not the kind of service they want their customers to experience. They even held a meeting to address my concerns and make things right. What stood out to me most was the sincerity of their apology, it felt genuine, meaningful, and showed that they took my feedback seriously. I truly believe they mean well, and I appreciate the effort they made to reach out and make things right.
