  I had a terrific experience buying my 2025 Toyota Tacoma from Trevor Wade and Bighorn Toyota! From my first contact Trevor never made it feel like a high pressured sale he was attentive, professional, transparent and very knowledgeable! If you are looking for a great vehicle and trustworthy team I highly recommend Trevor Wade at Bighorn Toyota!

  I would rather relive my divorce than step foot in Bighorn Toyota again. My Nissan broke down four days after purchase (8/16) and had to be towed to another dealership because Toyota "didn't have the correct tools." Thankfully, the 6/6 warranty they offer came back to bite them. I paid out of pocket for a 5-day rental (I am sure the reimbursement is on it's way) while my car sat in the shop for over a month. No loaner, no help, and it became my responsibility to retrieve my car located over an hour away. They gave me $1,000 for my trade-in, then listed it for $7,900 even after I disclosed the mechanical issues. Don't waste your time calling the GM, she doesn't return your calls. In fact, don't waste your time with this place at all.

  Monee was awesome and they comped 3/4 rental days for my issues. Everything else was not great. 6 months trying to get this issue fixed. I called three times during that to check on the part arrival. Twice they forgot to order. Finally got the part in. I had them order nerf steps and a new tail light also. Nerf steps were for the wrong truck. When I arrived for my appointment Tuesday, the service dept was closed. Scheduled to be completed Wed. Not done until Friday. If this was the first issue with the parts team and service team not communicating I would not care. But it’s not. Time to evaluate your process a bit.

  Now that we've had our Grand Highlander for a few months/miles, I wanted to share feedback. For as pleased as we are with the vehicle, we maintain - some 3 months later - that we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Jeff at Bighorn. While searching for the specific make/model/color configuration we were looking for, and calling to dealerships across the country, Jeff was the only salesperson who actually offered to help instead of just offering whatever was on the lot that day. From that first interaction and beyond, including day of pickup, he continued to raise the level of service. For that, and so much more, I will continue to work with Bighorn for my automotive needs and can't recommend Jeff enough to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

  I was in the market for a car, just wanting something “temporary” while I continue to build my business. While working with Rena Scott, I learned more about the financing options and bank preferences for self-employed customers who may have credit deficits for business and/or personal reasons. This led me to applying, and receiving credit for a newer vehicle still under warranty, something I did not consider for my current status while still establishing my business without any additional current employment. Rena explained different scenarios and reasons to me, worked with her sales manager, Cory, and the F&I manager, Jay, to get me into a newer vehicle that still had a factory warranty. I started the process on the phone, went in to test drive two vehicles, then submitted all my paperwork via email. Cory and Rena assembled my information, and I had a full loan approval the next day! When I went in to sign paperwork, my car was ready for me, and Jay created a seamless and no-pressure signing environment and was very helpful and friendly during the process as well as presenting the add-on options at final financing. Rena then presented my vehicle, and since it was not a Toyota, she fully educated herself on the options and walked me through Bluetooth set up and every function on my new car. This was a terrific experience for which Rena was involved and took care of me throughout the entire process, from A to Z. I will definitely go to Rena & Bighorn for my next vehicle.
