  Biggin Court was our first home when my family initially arrived. I’ve always appreciated the location - it’s tucked away from the main street, which made it feel safe, especially for the kids to play around the compound without worry. As our family grew, we needed more space and had to move into a two-bedroom unit. Maksim was incredibly helpful during that transition, making sure everything went smoothly and without any issues. The superintendents - Vernon, Johnny, and Francis - have also been great. They’re always quick to respond to maintenance requests and are very approachable. The location is another big plus - within walking distance of at least eight plazas, making everything we needed easily accessible. I even referred two other families here because we had such a good experience. I’ll genuinely miss this place. We've made so many wonderful memories here, but with our growing family, it's time to move into a house.

  The building management in this particular establishment experiences frequent turnover, with supervisors and workers changing frequently. Unfortunately, this instability seems to have an adverse impact on the overall effectiveness of the management team. Complaints regarding inadequate maintenance and an inability to address issues promptly are common. Furthermore, the rents consistently exceed the established guidelines. Get ready for a rate increase of approx 5% yearly!! Avoid at all cost.

  I am the resident from 5 Biggin Court. have been living here for almost 12 years and I love my stay here. Recently the new property admin Shyam and property manager Maksim renovated my kitchen and washroom. I am truly grateful for this, the building managers Johnny and Vernon are also very helpful by attending to my requests asap. Thank you to the on site staff for the efforts to keep your residents happy.
