She scheduled an appointment with one, only to be told they couldn’t fix the problem once she got there. I went into Big Tex without an appointment, and was helped immediately. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with the service. They will be my “go to” for any future trailer needs!
