I spoke with many manufacturers and dealers (all on the phone which isn’t an huge investment in time) and Laura was patient and thoroughly answered all my questions over the course of 5 or 6 calls over three weeks. I even had some dealers quit answering my calls who told me “this sales going to take too long”. Laura was wonderful. I never told her but she came recommended (by name) from a previous customer. If anyone in my circle of Texans ask, I’d tell em call Laura. She was so professional. A delight to work with…. We bought with you because of her and the fact she took the time to highlight and compare your products to other companies. You were slammed right after the Kerrville July 4th flood but she still always got back to me. Don’t let her get away. I so happen to pass that area on a Sunday afternoon and no gate so I was happy I was able to physically see the trailers. I ended up purchasing a trailer on the south side of SA that was compatible. The only reason is because these folks did not answer their phone when I dialed on a Friday. Things happen for a reason.
