What are your rental rates and do you offer daily, weekly, or monthly rental options?
Skid Steer Track Loaders range from $275-$500 per day based on size. Excavators range from $215-$500 per day based on size. Concrete Buggies are $150 per day. Mini Skid Loaders are $215 and up based on the attachments needed. Call for other equipment prices. We offer weekend deals and weekly and monthly special rates. Pick up after 3 pm on Friday and keep for the weekend- allowed 8 hours and it is a one-day charge. Pay 3 days- keep for 7 days. Pay for 3 weeks- the last week is free. Prices are subject to change.
Do you offer delivery and pick-up services for the rented equipment?
We deliver throughout Missouri and Kansas. Pricing is based on mileage and a quote can be given. Same-day delivery options are available if equipment rental is placed early in the day.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
If the Equipment is not returned full of fuel, the customer is responsible for paying for refilling at $7 per gallon. Equipment returned very dirty, spills or extreme dirt inside, smoking in the cab, or concrete material left on the machine is subject to a cleaning fee based on the time our staff has to clean up. Late returns or more than 8 hours per day on the equipment are subject to an additional charge.

What should I do if the equipment breaks down or needs maintenance during the rental period?
Call us ASAP! If warning lights or alarms sound, call us ASAP! Never turn off the machine if a prompted exhaust or regain notification alerts, call us ASAP to walk through the process. Don't try to fix anything on your own without contacting us first. Direct misuse of the machine causing damage is subject to the renter paying for the repair.
What are the requirements for renting equipment?
A valid driver's license and credit/ debit card is a requirement at the time of rental. For companies, we require a COI listing our company as an additional insured. Individuals need to make sure that home insurance covers rental equipment and any damages. Rental of trailers or towable equipment for the road requires a valid copy of vehicle insurance.
