  This was our first time here. Walked in and seated ourself. Waitress came right over and took our drink order. She was very friendly. I ordered fried chicken and husband ordered shrimp combo with fish. Very good. That was some of the best fried chicken I've had anywhere. We would definitely eat here again.

  Maybe the breakfast would have been worth it but lunch was not. First of all, we got there at 10:15 and they promptly told us breakfast was over. So we decided to stay for lunch. They took our order and we waited for 45 min for food that was obviously precooked. Clearly only had to be scooped from a pan. Ordered our toddler popcorn chicken and it was an identical match for McDonalds chicken nuggets. The macaroni was super dry and the country fried steak was much like chuck wagon. (Deep fried mystery meat). We saw our waitress one time. When she took our order. Someone brought the food and that was it. So if there were issues or anyone cared that I didn't even get all of my order, it was not a priority. Atmosphere is extreme casual. Clearly no dress code for the staff. If you like this, this is the place for you. Not what we expected and we won't return.

  I've been eating here since they were at the other location. They have never disappointed me or let me down. Their food is definitely home cooking at its best... and the staff are as friendly as you are ever going to meet. Big Momma's is one of my favorites in Panama City for sure.

  My husband ordered an order of biscuits and gravy and he wanted to order French toast sticks as a side, but they said he could not do that because French toast sticks were on the kids menu. My point was he ordered an adult meal, was.going to get a kids menu item as a side, eat it and pay for it. It would be different if he only ordered from the kids menu, but he ordered an adult meal well really 2.adult meals, its crazy after ordering 2 adult meals you can't get a kids item as.a.side.

  The pancakes are HUGE literally larger than the plates. I've never seen pancakes this size! Everything was delicious and service was great! The back patio area was great for keeping our toddler busy while we waited on our food to come out. She loved the French toast and pancakes!
