  Great experience all around. Rachel was amazing and fun. Our party of 8 was loud and wet from golfing in the rain and she was sweet and accommodating and meshed extremely well with our group. Food was very good as well. Great time had by all!!!

  I recently hosted a company client event at Big Jim’s at Palmetto Dunes, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and overall experience. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. A very special thank you to Rachel, Brandon, Renata, Talisha, Lisa, and Kayla—each of them played such a key role in making our event a success. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the planning process and day-of execution. Every detail was handled with care, and our guests were raving about the service and atmosphere. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel both supported and genuinely welcomed, but Big Jim’s delivered on every level. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any gathering—whether it’s a casual get-together or a corporate event. We will absolutely be back!

  Ordered take out by phone on September 30,2025 5:30 pm. Wings, rack of ribs, bbq sandwich & fish tacos. Ready in 20 minutes, order was correct, portions were excellent, food was hot & delicious. All condiments were provided along with utensils. Would eat their food again! Priced reasonable for HHI. 😀

  Great, casual spot at Robert Trent Jones Golf Course Clubhouse. Good burgers, salads, etc.. There is a nice bar to have a drink. Tanisha provided friendly, efficient service. I highly recommend.

  19th hole for the golf course. Staff very chatty with regulars and other staff, not so much any one else. Didn't eat here, saw meals going out to others and they didn't look great.
