We ordered the Rodeo Burger and the Gouda Mushroom Burger — both came out perfectly cooked. The bacon was 10/10 (seriously some of the best I’ve had), and the patties were juicy and full of flavor. Their BBQ sauce options were awesome, and the green beans were some of the best I’ve ever had. We did have a small hiccup with my mac n cheese coming out cold, but as soon as I mentioned it, they fixed it right away with a fresh, piping hot one and wow, that bacon mac n cheese is to die for! I was so glad I got to experience how good it really is (can’t wait to air fry the leftovers 😋). Overall, we really enjoyed our visit. The location is great, the design is super cute, and the employees all seemed genuinely happy to be there

Nice selection of local and craft beers on tap. All the meats were smoky, rich, flavorful. Loved the variety of bbq sauces on the table. Sides were flavorful, fresh, wholesome, and exactly what you would expect from a good bbq joint. Service could not have been beat. Turned out to be one of the most memorable and delicious meals we shared on a cross country road trip. Definitely recommend and would visit again on another trip to Idaho.
