  I was doing my laundry next to this Vacuum sales and repair store. I thought I would look for a part I needed for a non working vacuum I had in storage. I can't find the part anywhere. I walked in and there was the belt I needed . They will be my go to place from now on.

  I have lived in the north Dallas area for over 30 years and have purchased vacuums and always serviced my vacuum cleaners at Big D Vacuum. Over all these years, the quality and ethics have never changed. They always strive to do a great job and do that successfully. They are fair and honest and I will always appreciate them and hope they are around forever!

  I use this place often, no issues at all and always a pleasant experience. I recently, purchased a Riccar 65 from there and I love it. They assemble and load it in the car. Unbeatable customer service.
