- JXJerry Xiong1 day ago1.0When we arrived around 6:30ish. We were told by the staff that they will have to charge us for cosmic price. Which we didn't mind. The whole time we were there with our kids, they turned off the lights for maybe 5 seconds and back on. My wife and I was very disappointed that we were charged for cosmic price and the whole time our kids was there they didn't get to experience the cosmic light.

She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything ran perfectly. Estrella went above and beyond to make my daughter and all her friends feel special. The setup was beautiful, the atmosphere was fun, and every detail was handled with care. Thank you, Estrella, for helping make her birthday such a wonderful and memorable day! 💕🎂 Highly recommend!

I didn’t know Big Air goes by tickets like it’s a movie. Then it doesn’t come with anything but the time and that we’re not able to say for that amount of time. No it’s not a big deal but I should be able to pay for what I want. I stayed bc I had kids who wants to have a little fun but I’m still disappointed bc I wasn’t able to stay as long as the pass I had no choice but to get bc that’s “all they had” was a cosmic pass

One of the staff members, J’Leah, really made our experience something we’ll cherish forever. She’s so sweet! She taught us how to play dodgeball and had such a positive attitude the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back often. Love this place!
