  Top notch customer service- My son’s bike has a unique tube that wasn’t in stock. The owner took time and found it online for me and took extra time to explain things to a bicycle novice. He could have charged whatever price but suggested I simply buy myself and save any markup. This was above and beyond what was expected. Definitely plan to make my go to bicycle shop.

  Brought a used bike in Mid july and went through the initial consultation. Was told to come back almost a month later but was fine with it. Was called today to basically say the total cost of the repairs will exceed the cost of just buying a new bike. I wish that discovery was made during consultation. Especially since i looked forward to riding my bike for the rest of summer. I took my bike back, however I was curious about the used bikes the store had. I was shown a section and was not really helped in figuring out what would work best for me. Really left the shop dissatisfied. Would recommend that the customer service to be improved.

  Was there for 20+ minutes looking for at E bike coz I would have bought one but no one there to help. They were all consumed at the checkout but no one selling bikes. I had no experience with Ebikes and wasn;t gonna find it there. Very dissapointed. Back to TREK to see what I can get there.

  Great place! They have a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. A huge inventory on hand with great prices. I was blown away.
